- Frequently Asked Questions -
How early should I arrive?
For the complete experience show up one hour prior to showtime. Cocktails and appetizers are available for purchase and you might even see some close-up magic. Many guests say this part of the evening is what makes the night extra special.
Is there a dress code?
No, we don’t have a dress code but we love our guests to dress in a festive fashion or at least business casual.
Can we all sit together?
Of course this makes for the best experience. We will do our best to accommodate your party. If you have purchased tickets under different names and would like to sit together please send us an e-mail with your request 24 hours prior to the performance.
Can I get a refund on unused tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after show date.
Can I take pictures during the performance?
Yes! Pictures are allowed as long as you tag us online. Video is not allowed.
Is there an age restriction?
We don't have an age restriction. This is not a kid's magic show but children 8 and above have a fantastic time. We often hear people say their teenagers didn't want to come but then are the first in line to take pictures after the show.
Is the theater handicap accessible?
We are in an old San Francisco building that is not ADA compliant but we do have an elevator and can often make it work out. We will do everything in our power to make it work. Please call 415-794-6893 to discuss.
Can I host a special event at the theater?
Yes. The venue is available for corporate and private buy-outs. Please call 415-794-6893 for more information.
